Nidalya does not publish its own terms of service. The app is distributed under the standard end-user license of the platform you downloaded it from.

If you use Nidalya on iOS, you are bound by Apple's standard license for third-party apps: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

If you use Nidalya on Android, you are bound by the Google Play Terms of Service: play.google.com/intl/en/about/play-terms.
